Don took the extra time to sit with us and make sure we clearly understood everything in and about our policy and what it means to be insured properly. He went the extra mile to make sure he steered us to the right insurer and even gave two quotes with a couple of different inclusions, just to make sure we were happy with the product we were purchasing.
